The short version

Digits exists to do one thing: let a group share phone numbers through a link. The contact information you type in is stored only so it can be shown to people who have that room's link. We do not sell it, rent it, share it with advertisers, or use it for anything else. When a room expires, its data is deleted.

What we collect

That's it. No accounts, no emails, no passwords, no location, no contact-list uploads, no analytics or tracking scripts, no cookies beyond what your browser stores locally to let you edit your own card.

How it's used

Your card is shown to anyone who has the room's link, and included in that room's contacts download. That is the entire product and the only use of your information. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing, advertising, or "data enrichment" — not now, not ever.

The data lives in our database (hosted on Supabase) solely to serve these pages.

How long it's kept

Rooms automatically expire 30 days after their last visit — each time someone opens the room, the clock resets. Once a room sits unvisited for 30 days it expires and its member information is deleted. You can also remove your own card from a room at any time with the "Remove my number" button, which deletes it immediately.

Who can see it

Anyone with a room's link can see the names and numbers in that room — that's the point, so only share a link with people you want to have it. Rooms aren't listed anywhere and use unguessable codes. Only you can edit or remove your own card.

The iOS app & App Clip

The app and App Clip talk to the same service and follow the same rules. If you use "Save all to Contacts," the room's members are written to your device's contacts only after you grant permission, and your contacts are never read or uploaded. The App Clip cannot access your contacts at all.

Questions or removal requests

Email digits.ryanrauch@gmail.com and we'll help — including deleting a room or a card for you.
